On Friday the 17th of November 2023, BCN held their Annual General Meeting. This years meeting was hosted by the Wolston and Centenary Catchments at the Pooh Corner Environment Centre.
On a pre-meeting walk through the Pooh Corner Bushland Reserve four koalas from the Koala Relocation Project were spotted, including one koala (Lady Jane released into Pooh Corner in December 2022) with her Joey (Glenda, now 11 months old).
The AGM was a great success with representatives of many of the catchment groups in attendance along with members from Brisbane City Council, Healthy Land and Water, and Queensland Water and Land Carers.
The BCN management committee were elected for 2024 and we would like to congratulate all members of the committee!
